This read is fun and humorous book that addresses the problem of anxiety and also offers strategies for parents and teachers to use that help a child's anxiety. The goal of the book is to give children the tools needed to feel more in control of their feelings of anxiety.

When we slow down and pay attention to our bodies when doing mindful movements, it can help us to feel calmer, more focused, grounded, and better able to make thoughtful decisions.
